Kaupapa worked in horizontal rows of whatu. Seven whatu to 10mm intervals. Wool decorations have been worked into the kaupapa at the time of weaving The hukahuka are of dyed muka. The fringing at the neckline stands more erect than other examples of korowai on display.; Muka (Flax)
