An infantry soldier leads a wounded comrade into an Advanced Dressing Station in a communication trench (location unknown). He is assisted on the other side by a German prisoner (in German forage cap) followed by four other Germans - two of which appear to be wounded. The wounded New Zealand soldier wears a tag probably penned by the Company Medic as to his condition
