This is a JRC NRD - 515 PWL Receiver. This receiver came to have an excellent reputation for outstanding quality and performance. The Japan Radio Company (JRC) is renowned for their marine radios and the NRD -515 was no exception being the favoured receiver for weather Radioteletype (RTTY) reception.
