Auckland Women's Cricket Association letter awarding Pearl Savin a pair of gloves for the best all-round performance against the English XI, January 1935. The letter reads: Dear Miss Savin, This is to notify you officially that you have been selected as the recipient of the pair of batting gloves kindly presented by Mr H. Watts to the girl who gave the best all-round performance against the English eleven on the 29th January. Please accept the Association's hearty congratulations. You will be advised later as to when you will receive the gloves. Yours faithfully, Auckland Women's Cricket Association, N.Z. Signed Hon. Secretary.
