O'Neil illuminated address

John O'Neil was one of the first settlers at Ballance near Woodville. He arrived in 1887 and left the district on 24 July 1911. The illuminated address presented to him was signed by nine residents of Ballance. He is buried in the Woodville Old Gorge Cemetery.
